Before and after school band this week

Dear Band Parents,

I have gone over the following week and adjusted the schedule to make it work for the concert. This is a slight adjustment from what was announced at band on Friday but works better for everyone based on the emails I received.

The schedule is as follows:

Monday Morning starting at 7:40 there will be an extra help session for all students who would like it and who are not in chorus that day. I can schedule other extra help sessions on a case by case basis. 

Tuesday Morning: Jazz Band rehearsal staring at 7:40

Wednesday All activities during the day as normal. 

As you know, Thursday is our concert. Our in-school concert is at 2pm and our evening concert is at 6:30.
